Terms of Service

1. Role

We are a travel agent, not the organiser. Each offer page names the principal tour operator and its licence (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995; Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» № 222-VIII від 02.03.2015). The contract is made with that operator.

2. Booking

A request is not a reservation. We reply with availability, final price and supplier terms; a contract arises on your confirmation and supplier acceptance. Pre-contract details of service, price, payment and cancellation come first (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991).

3. Prices

Prices are per person in the stated currency. "From" prices are the lowest at publication, show mandatory taxes and fees and state availability (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996). Tourist tax, visas, insurance, equipment, ski passes and transfers are included only if listed.

4. Refunds

Supplier cancellation and refund rules apply and are shown before confirmation; refunds we receive are passed on within 10 business days. Statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Data

We control request data, used to answer your enquiry and, with consent, to send offers (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010). Cookies need consent; see our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

6. Duties

Give accurate traveller and document details, meet passport, visa and insurance rules, follow resort rules, and do not scrape or resell site content.

7. Complaints

Email contact@glavorix.com; we reply within 30 days (Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015; Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991). Unresolved disputes may go to the State Consumer Service of Ukraine.

8. Liability

We are not liable for supplier insolvency, weather or force majeure; liability is limited to fees received where the law allows. We may amend these Terms; the version at your request date applies. Ukrainian law applies.
