02 / Package tiers

Three tiers, each with its exclusions written out

03 · Fee breakdown

What the package price covers, and what it never covers

Every quote is assembled from three separate lines: mountain accommodation, transfer coordination and equipment rental information. Only the first two are ever folded into the price we publish. Rental fees, lift passes and tourist tax are always shown on their own line before you pay anything.

Included in the package from price

  • Accommodation in the selected resort, nights as stated in the quote
  • Transfer coordination: vehicle category, pickup point and estimated journey time in normal winter conditions
  • Resort selection advice based on altitude, season window and group skill level
  • Equipment rental information: which rental point, which gear category, where to collect
  • Booking administration and written confirmation of each line item

Not included

  • Lift passes and any resort access card
  • Equipment rental fees, paid directly to the rental point
  • Ski or snowboard school lessons
  • Meals and drinks unless a board basis is named in the quote
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Personal spending and single-occupancy supplements

Mandatory fees and payment notes

Resort tourist tax
Collected at check-in, per person per night. The rate is set by the resort, not by us, and is confirmed in writing before departure.
Accommodation deposit
A refundable security deposit may be held by the property. The amount and refund terms come from the accommodation, not from our agency.
Private transfer upgrade
Shared transfers are the default. A private vehicle carries a fixed supplement per route, quoted before booking and never added afterwards.
Changes after confirmation
Date or resort changes are subject to availability and to the accommodation's own amendment terms. We tell you the cost before applying any change.

Prices are only final once every line is written down. Send a package enquiry for an itemised breakdown, or check transfer times by route before you choose a resort.

04 / Transfers

Transfer matrix: origin to resort

Ranges assume normal winter road conditions. Heavy snowfall, chain fitting and border queues push every figure upward.

Zakopane routes from Lviv cross the Polish border at Shehyni. Carry passports and vehicle documents, and allow an extra 30 to 90 minutes at the checkpoint. Shared shuttles run on fixed departure windows; private cars wait for your flight. Need a timing check? Send the enquiry desk your route.

A complete brief gets you a priced answer, not a brochure

Send us your dates, your resort shortlist and your group, and we return a written quote that separates accommodation, equipment rental and transfer fees line by line. The more detail you give, the fewer questions come back.

Include in the brief

  • Arrival and departure dates, plus any flexible days either side.
  • Resort shortlist or the region you are leaning towards.
  • Group size, with adults and children counted separately.
  • Ski or snowboard level for each guest.
  • Boot size and height for everyone renting equipment.
  • Shared or private transfer, and your arrival point.

Helpful, but optional

  • A budget range per person, so we can drop unsuitable tiers early.
  • Whether lift passes should sit inside or outside the package.
  • Any non-skiers in the group and what they would like to do.
  • Past trips you enjoyed, and what you would change.
  • Access needs, dietary notes or childcare requirements.
