Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy sets out cancellation, change and refund terms for ski package requests placed on glavorix.com, as pre-contract information under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.

1. Provider

2. Requests are not bookings

A request is an offer to buy, not a confirmed reservation. The package is confirmed only after our written confirmation and, where applicable, the principal tour operator's confirmation. "From" prices include taxes and our service fee; extras are disclosed before payment — Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.

3. Cancellation by the traveller

• More than 30 days before departure: refund less a 10% administration fee and non-refundable supplier charges.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund, less non-refundable supplier charges.
• Fewer than 15 days or no-show: no refund unless the supplier's terms allow otherwise.

Air tickets, transfers, ski passes and insurance are normally non-refundable and are shown separately before payment.

4. Supplier-dependent terms

Hotel and carrier rules prevail where stricter. As an agent we identify the principal tour operator; as a tour operator we display licence details — Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995, Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» № 222-VIII від 02.03.2015.

5. Operational changes and refunds

If a material element changes, we offer an equivalent alternative or refund the affected part. Where lifts close, snow fails or transport is cancelled for safety reasons, we pass on supplier refunds and charge no cancellation fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days, or within 5 days of receiving the supplier's refund.

6. Complaints and out-of-court disputes

Write to contact@glavorix.com with your booking reference; we reply within 10 business days. Our out-of-court dispute procedure follows Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015 and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991. Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.
