1. Intermediary role
glavorix.com is a private entrepreneur (EDRPOU 41229198, Office 7, 14 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine) acting as an intermediary. We connect travellers with the principals that actually provide the services: tour operators, resorts and hotels, transfer companies, ski schools and equipment rental operators. The contract for the travel service itself is concluded between you and that principal.
Where we act as a travel agent, we identify the principal tour operator as required by Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995 and Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» № 222-VIII від 02.03.2015.
2. No ownership or control
We do not own, operate or manage resorts, hotels, apartments, lifts, transfer fleets, rental shops or ski schools. We do not control their staff, schedules, safety procedures or stock, and we cannot guarantee snow conditions, weather, lift operation, transfer times, road conditions or equipment availability.
3. Information and prices
Descriptions, images and "from" prices are indicative. "From" prices include the taxes and fees shown and depend on availability, season, occupancy and supplier confirmation. We publish information in good faith and correct errors once identified, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by a principal's failure to perform, by weather or force majeure. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.
5. Complaints and disputes

We reply within the periods set by law and review your complaint out of court before any court procedure, as provided by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015 and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.
